1. Digital Products (e-Books, Guides, & Itineraries)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products (such as PDF travel guides or custom itineraries) are final.
- No Refunds: Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been sent, we cannot offer a refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience issues downloading or accessing your file, please contact us at odtechofficial@gmail.com, and we will ensure you receive a working copy within 48 hours.
2. Services (Consultations & Custom Planning)
If you have booked a one-on-one travel consultation or a custom trip planning service:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full service fee.
3. Affiliate & Third-Party Bookings
Odisha Diaries often recommends hotels, tours, and products via affiliate links (e.g., Booking.com, Amazon, or local tour operators).
- We do not process payments or manage bookings for these third-party services.
- Any refund or cancellation requests for these services must be directed to the respective service provider. We are not responsible for their individual policies.
4. Physical Merchandise (If applicable)
If we ship physical goods (such as branded merchandise or local crafts):
- Returns: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a replacement or refund.
